          "Note": "Las empresas licitadoras podrán presentar distintas mejoras evaluables, sin coste adicional para el Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Marbella, que repercutan en una mayor calidad o capacidad del servicio. Para ello deberán presentar una carta de compromiso donde se detallen, de forma clara y concisa, cada una de las mejoras propuestas.
\n
\nEn este sentido, al objeto de potenciar los valores medioambientales que favorezcan un desarrollo sostenible, se proponen los siguientes criterios:
\n
\nb.1. A los efectos de reducir el impacto medioambiental del servicio, se valorará la adscripción a la ejecución del contrato de vehículos no contaminantes, o con la menor antigüedad posible, de acuerdo a la siguiente tabla. Las características y antigüedad de los vehículos se acreditará mediante copia auténtica del permiso de circulación de los mismos.
\n
\n.- Flota donde, al menos, el 25% de los vehículos sean eléctricos, híbridos, de gas natural o con motor de combustión y antigüedad  inferior a 3 años: 5 ptos.
\n.- Flota donde, al menos, el 50% de los vehículos sean eléctricos, híbridos, de gas natural o con motor de combustión y antigüedad  inferior a 3 años: 15 ptos.
\n.- Flota donde, al menos, el 75% de los vehículos sean eléctricos, híbridos, de gas natural o con motor de combustión y antigüedad  inferior a 3 años: 25 ptos.
\n
\nY para su correcta verificación, deberán presentar una Relación de los vehículos necesarios, matrícula de los mismos, número de plazas de los vehículos aptos para el transporte de pasajero, indicando la edad de cada uno de los vehículos. Y Fotocopia compulsada de las fichas de Inspección Técnicas de los vehículos aptos para el transporte de pasajeros.
