El objeto del presente contrato es la ejecución de las obras de la memoria técnica valorada para la rehabilitación estructural del edificio Torre de S'Aigua de Cala'n Blanes, consistente en una solución de rehabilitación integral en la coronación del edificio, priorizando la durabilidad, la seguridad estructural i la funcionalidad transitable de la cubierta.
