Centro Cultural de la Villa; Medialab-Prado; Matadero Madrid; Casa Panadería; \ny Edificio de la calle Señores de Luzón), a las mercantiles SASEGUR,S.L., con CIF B78976263 y NAVALSERVICE, S.L., con CIF B-81457871, de acuerdo \ncon el Acta de propuesta de adjudicación de fecha 28 de septiembre de 2021, dictada tras la resolución nº 381/2021 que resuelve el recurso 337/2021, \nemitida por el Tribunal Administrativo de Contratación Pública de la Comunidad de Madrid en fecha 30 de agosto de 2021, y en la que se establece que el \nprocedimiento de contratación de referencia debe retrotraerse al momento de valoración y clasificación de las ofertas presentadas y admitir a las \nmercantiles excluidas inicialmente (SASEGUR, S.L., y NAVALSERVICE, S.L.; así como SEGURIDAD INTEGRAL SECOEX, S.A. y TELIMAN SERVICIOS \nCOMPLEMENTARIOS, S.L.). En base a la dicha valoración y al orden de clasificación de las ofertas, las mercantiles SASEGUR, S.L. y NAVALSERVICE, \nS.L. han presentado la mejor oferta según los criterios de adjudicación establecidos en el Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares. Junto con lo \nanterior, las citadas mercantiles han presentado en tiempo y forma la documentación administrativa señalada para las empresas seleccionadas en el \nArtículo 150.2 de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público, por la que se transponen al Ordenamiento Jurídico Español las \nDirectivas del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo 2014/23/UE y 2014/24/UE, de 26 de febrero de 2014.\nCondiciones económicas: el importe de adjudicación del contrato asciende a la cantidad máxima de cuatro millones seiscientos sesenta y cuatro mil \nnovecientos once euros con seis céntimos de euro (4.664.911,06¤), más el IVA que resulte de aplicación.",
